Yes, it was another Nerd Weekend at our 3rd Annual Pop!Con. Local comic conventions can be a lot of fun. Mainly, because you don't have to drive 2 or 3 hours to attend. But, mostly, because you can actually feel at home. I was able to hang out with my geeky friends. I knew a good majority of the vendors and if I needed to use the bathroom I had the option to run home. The major draw for me this year was the chance to meet the guys from AMC's Comic Book Men, Ming Chen and Michael Zapcic. They were fun, friendly and very approachable. The guys recorded a cool intro for the podcast and gave me a quick interview. But, I got nervous (for no reason) and ran. lol
