A Message To The Younger Me

Have you ever wished you could go back in time and give your younger self some good advice.  Whether it was something to not do or to do, someone to stay away from or something to help the younger you be a better person; what would you say. 

Tonight's episode I explore that and a little more.  I read an article on The Huffington Post called 

52 Things I Wish I Could Tell My Younger Self.  I enjoyed reading it so much that I thought I would share my thoughts with you guys.
